When do you bake?+

We bake every Saturday and Sunday.

Do you do delivery?+

Yes. At checkout you'll pick a day and a 2-hour window: 11 AM–1 PM, 1–3 PM, or 3–5 PM.

We deliver across our Oyatsuba Delivery Zone for a flat $5 delivery fee.

We also deliver to nearby communities such as Rio Rancho, Corrales, Bernalillo, Los Ranchos, and the South Valley — a flat $10 delivery fee applies for addresses outside the central zone but within our delivery radius.

All delivery orders have a $30 order minimum. Delivery availability and the exact fee are automatically confirmed during checkout.

Can I pick up my order instead?+

Yes — free pickup is available at Talin Market World Food Fare, 88 Louisiana Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll email a confirmation with all the details.

Can I order a single bun?+

Our buns are sold in batches of 3, 6, or 12 — perfect for sharing or freezing. Mix and match any flavors in one order.

How fresh are the buns?+

Everything is baked the morning of your delivery or pickup. Store at room temperature for up to 2 days, or freeze and reheat in a 325°F oven for 5 minutes.

Are any of the buns vegan or nut-free?+

Most buns contain dairy and egg. Many are nut-free but our kitchen is not nut-free. Reach out before ordering if you have allergies.
